New Podcasts This Week
Thanks again to Jeff Rutherford of the Reading and Writing Podcast for two more writing podcasts to check out weekly.
I’ll be reviewing these for updates on a weekly basis from now on as well.
For Monday, May 30:
- Writing Excuses – Their May 30 update, 5.39 Filking and Writing Music with Tom Smith teaches us what filking is.
- Reading and Writing Podcast – Episode 040 – this week’s interview by Jeff is with Stephanie Dray, author of the historical novel Lily of the Nile, a novel that explores Cleopatra’s daughter, Princess Selene.
- Books on the Nightstand – discusses One Book for All Eternity. If the rapture had occurred last week, what book would you have wanted to take with you? Also, some news about the 50th anniversary of James and the Giant Peach, a definite childhood favorite of mine.
- If You’re Just Joining Us – features an interview with Douglas Lain, who talks about something else I’ve never heard of before, Urban Foraging. Also Kickstarter, mentioned in I Should Be Writing recently, and lots more.
Enjoy!
